Rod Z meets the “Bad Boy”

Last weekend was very busy for Rod Z as he performed or hosted 4 events in 3 days. The personal highlight for Rod, however, happened at the Sisters Take Charge Women’s Health and Empowerment Seminar that Rod co-hosted. For the 1st time Rod finally had the chance to meet one of his heroes, Michael Baisden. The meeting was brief but there was a photo opportunity. Mr. Baisden assured Rod that they would probably meet again soon. “I’m looking to buy a house in the area. I love the mentoring work that is going on with the people in the community and our young people in Orlando.” This may be the beginning of a wonderful friendship as both Baisden and Rod Z share the same sentiments when it comes to mentoring and uplifting our youth.
